You are the lotus
Upon which you Meditate.
—
As I was meditating and, at times, reciting-Om Mani Padme Hum, I imagined a lotus expanding within the space of my heart.
I then realized the lotus, or any object upon which I place my devotion, is simply an extension of me.
I am the lotus
I am the offering
I am the Cross
I am the flag
I am the altar
I am the candle
I am the flame
upon which I meditate.
All it takes is 10 minutes in the morning and 10 at night to clear my mind and recharge 🙂
