Lead with your Heart
I think people who lead with their hearts are so brave. They are not always right. They are not always protected. To lead with your heart, you have to be more conscious, more aware, more present. You can not lead with your heart and be clueless about life. If you choose to lead with your heart, you take it all in- the good, the bad, the indifferent- and you create something new with it. When I see people who lead with their hearts, one thing always comes to mind- hope.
